Because our products are handcrafted personal care items, freshly made and sealed for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.


Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personal care or beauty products.

Please review product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to help.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rosielyrizada.com and include:

  • Your name and order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund for the affected item.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has shipped and is in the carrier’s possession, Rosiely Rizada™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier, though we are happy to assist if needed.
